What do you like most about working in the automated distribution industry?

I really like the uniqueness of each project that comes through DLN. It is a welcome challenge to work with companies that have little to no automation in their facilities. I enjoy working with our team to see how we can build relationships with these customers and fully understand their needs for automation.

How did you come to work at DLN?

Chris on site at a client installation

I have worked with Phil and many others here at DLN for many years. DLN had a need to hire an experienced engineer and project manager and asked if I would be interested in coming to be part of the team.

How long have you been with DLN?

It will be 9 years in June.  I have been in the industry for 26 years.

Can you describe your role?

Chris at his desk

My current role is Engineering Manager. I work closely with all of our engineers to guide and develop the best project solutions, share ideas and help work through challenges.  I am very proud to be working with such talented engineers and  they have taught me a lot as well. I am also fortunate to be able to provide assistance to sales, concept and estimating, engineering, on site commissioning and project management when needed.

What is something most people don’t know about you?

I like watching Hallmark Christmas movies with my family!
