Phil worked with the original founder of DLN, Dave Neu, for decades. Phil took control of the company several years ago and has continued growing the firm. His unique talent is looking simultaneously at a problem’s detail and the big picture and quietly coming up with the perfect solution for the client.

Spending his career in engineering and managerial roles in the systems integration industry, Marc is well versed in helping clients determine the most effective solution for their needs. Bob has a wide-ranging background, from spending 14 years with the United States Air Force, to earning his Doctorate and working in academia as a professor of Project Management. But Bob’s heart has always been in material handling, and he’s spent several years in the industry. He is looking forward to continue to grow DLN’s service offerings.
After several years in the financial industry, Cindy has spent the last 20 years working with Phil and other early members of the DLN team. She is now known as the center of the office, ensuring all financials and HR documents are kept organized.

With DLN for the past 14 years, and almost 25 years in the material handling industry, Kevin has built many solid relationships with both clients and manufacturing partners. He is known for his consistently positive attitude and willingness to get the job done.
