- Outgrown DC necessitated new greenfield building
- Small items serialized in bulk with orders picked out of bulk carton
- Items picked required re-serialization, with remainders also requiring re-serialization
- Order assembly handled in finishing area, with remainder of carton routed back to storage or held for additional assembly
- Picking process was not ergonomically sustainable & errors were common

- Routing sorter implemented to cut down on product travel time within the DC and to optimize flow of operations
