DLN Integrated Systems is seeking a highly motivated engineering professional to serve in our Solutions Engineering group to help conceptualize and design the material handling systems we provide. This role will interface with both the client and our internal resources to develop pragmatic solutions that ranges from to targeted equipment modernization to complex automated systems. We are looking for a driven, creative, and personable individual to join our team to help grow our business.
Solutions Engineer
Specific Duties
- Collaborate in a team environment to assist in the development of automated solutions both internal and external with our partners.
- Investigate and evaluate different technologies for potential applications of the proposed solutions based on design requirements and business case of the project.
- Understand mechanical and electrical systems design techniques for conceptualizing integrated solutions engineering.
- Develop conceptual layouts by utilizing our CAD tools (AutoCAD, Sketch-up & Demo 3D).
- Work with internal team and external suppliers to assemble proper documentation and technical information of developed systems.
- Travel to Client and/or Vendor facilities as needed (up to 50%)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in automated material handling systems.
