This Remote based Service Technician will support our Service Management group. Responsibilities include traveling to customers’ locations, remotely accessing equipment, and performing routine maintenance. To work as a service technician, you will need to be able to troubleshoot and repair controls and mechanical problems. You will need to be good at time management and able to work a flexible schedule. Good communication and interpersonal skills are vital since you will be working closely with customers. Successful candidates should have a wide array of knowledge and skills associated with troubleshooting PLC hardware (Allen Bradley, etc.), HMIs (Allen Bradley and others), robotics (Fanuc), conveying system, and electrical distribution. The most successful candidates will also have some experience with mechanical equipment troubleshooting and repair.
